We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days for standard shipping and 1–2 business days for express. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

How much will shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping across Australia:

• Express Shipping – $14.95
Your shipping rate will be applied at checkout based on the option you choose.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia and New Zealand. We're working on expanding internationally soon — stay tuned and follow us for updates!

For order cancellations or colour changes, we’ll do our best to help — as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact our customer care team at info.kaigeo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund. Just be sure to include your order number and a photo of what you received.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Absolutely. Each Kaigeo bag features a padded laptop sleeve that fits most laptops upto 15" laptops securely—because your tech deserves a little TLC, too.
How do I clean my Kaigeo bag?
We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleans, a gentle hand wash is best. Machine washing is not recommended to preserve the integrity of the fabric and hardware.
Is this actually lightweight or are we just calling it that?
